A: Hi, If you are the only bidder and has met the reserve price then you win the item. If you are the only bidder and have not met the reserve price you do not win the item. You need to meet the reserve price regardless of you being the only bidder.
Q: If the reserve price isn’t met, then it means the tool is still available for purchase at the respective store until the end of the auction period.
